摘要
通过建立宽叶羌活标准汤剂的UPLC特征图谱,为宽叶羌活配方颗粒的质量控制提供实验依据.采用Waters UPLC法,Angilent SB(100×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.4 mL·min^-1;检测波长为330 nm;柱温25℃.建立了宽叶羌活标准汤剂UPLC特征图谱,以紫花前胡素为参照,确定了12个共有峰为特征峰.该方法稳定可靠,可用于宽叶羌活配方颗粒的快速鉴别、质量评价与控制.
Through the establishment of UPLC fingerprint standard decoction of Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boiss., the experimental basis was provided for the quality control of Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boiss.formula granule.Using Waters UPLC method,Angilent SB(100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7 μm chromatographic column,acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution was used as mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 330 nm. The column temperature is 25 ℃.The UPLC fingerprint of Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boiss.standard decoction was established, and 12 common peaks were identified as characteristic peaks.The method is stable and reliable,and can be used for the rapid identification,quality evaluation and control of the formula granules.
