基于送审地图类别的地图审核信息平台构建与应用服务

Construction and application service of map audit information platform based on map submission category

针对自然资源部地图审核数量快速增长的实际情况,在国家推进"互联网+政务服务"的总体要求下,高效便捷的地图审核信息平台是满足各类地图应用需求的重要举措。本文梳理了地图审核业务的送审地图类别,根据送审地图类别的不同特点,探讨了分步推进地图审核平台构建方案,并简要阐述了设计思路和技术路线。结合地图审批管理系统应用服务情况,提出进一步优化流程、加强信息共享、提升用户体验的建议,达到提高地图审核工作效率、方便企事业单位和群众办事的目的,为深入推进地图审核信息化建设提供参考。

In response to the rapid increase in the number of map audits by the Ministry of Natural Resources,under the requirements of promoting"Internet+government services",an efficient and convenient map audit information platform is an important measure to meet the needs of various map applications.This paper sorts out the types of maps submitted for audit,and according to the characteristics of different maps submitted,discusses the step-by-step construction of map audit platform construction scheme,and briefly explains the ideas and main methods.Based on the application services of the map approval management system,suggestions for further optimizing processes,strengthening information sharing,and improving the user experience are provided to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of map audit work and facilitating the work of enterprises,institutions and the public.
