摘要
划定近郊镇城镇开发边界需要研究大都市和近郊镇的发展需求。文章针对大都市主要发展方向上的城镇与限制发展方向上的典型近郊镇,提出都市融入、双弹性区和紧约束3种典型近郊镇开发边界划定模型,并以徐州市铜山区近郊镇为例,采用适宜性分析与CA-Markov模型模拟的方法,判断徐州市的空间需求,采用3种模型试划典型近郊镇城镇开发边界,以期为其他城市近郊镇城镇开发边界划定提供参考。
The delimitation of UDB(Urban Development Boundary)shall take into consideration of the development needs of metropolis and its near suburb towns.With a study of typical towns on the development orientation and limited development orientation,the paper puts forwards three typical UDB models:integration with metropolis,double elastic zones,and strict restriction.With Tongshan district near suburban towns of Xuzhou city as an example,the paper uses suitability analysis and CA-Markov model simulation,analyzes urban spatial needs,sets a primary UDB with three models,and provides a reference for other cities.
