摘要
医疗领域的科学技术变迁是影响城市防疫规划的重要变量之一。文章首先梳理了医疗科技的最新发展趋势,指出医疗设备的小型化、便携化是目前医疗科技领域的一大新趋势。便携化医疗设备可以直接面向个体,快速地检测病症并提供定制化的治疗咨询方案,实现"点治疗"。在面对疫情时,"扁平化"的诊疗科技可以提高疑似病例的检测效率,减少医疗资源的"挤兑"现象;同时,"足不出户"的"点治疗"可以直接实现对确诊病例的定位与隔离。其次,针对这一趋势,分析了城市防疫规划应该重点关注的3个方面的内容,即"建立一个信息平台,提升一个服务终端,制定一个商业模式",希望能为城市规划顺应科技趋势、应对未来有可能发生的大规模传染病疫情提供一个前瞻性的参考方向。
Scientific and technological progress is a major parameter that affects urban epidemic prevention planning.With a review on the medical technology development,the paper indicates that small and convenient medical equipment is a major trend in that they easily apply to individuals for quick diagnosis and treatment.At emergency epidemic time,flattened medical technology improves diagnosis efficiency and realize accurate isolation of confirmed cases.The paper further analyzes three important aspects for urban epidemic prevention planning:establishing a information platform,improving a service terminal,making a commercial model.The study provides a foresight of urban planning in connection with technological advancement for possible pandemics.
