韧性城市理念下传染病医院弹性建设模式研究

A Study on Elastic Construction Mode of Infectious Disease Hospitals in the Context of Resilient Cities

随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的蔓延,国家紧急启动了"重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应"。文章以韧性城市的视角,研究传染病医院在配建标准、用地预留、基础设施预留和装配式技术应用等多方面弹性建设模式,平时可正常运转,重大疫情突袭时可快速扩建,保证城市有足够的专业医疗空间抵抗新型病毒,保障人民群众的生命健康,同时使城市迅速回归正常运转。

China activated first level public health emergency in response to the COVID-19 epidemic.From the perspective of the resilient city,this paper studies the elastic construction approaches of infectious disease hospitals,including construction standards,land reservations,infrastructure layout in advance,and assembly technology applications etc.Reasonable elastic construction approaches can guarantee hospital normal operation and disaster resistance.When facing major public health events,the city can have sufficient professional medical space to resist new virus attacks and hospitals can be expanded in limited time.The goal of the elastic construction mode is to protect people’s life and health and bring the city back to normal operation as soon as possible.
