生态治理共同体的建构逻辑与实践理路

The Construction Logic and Practical Way of the Ecological Governance Community

生态治理是国家治理体系的重要内容,是生态文明建设的具体实践。我国生态治理实践为生态环境的改善做出了巨大贡献,但依然存在治理主体利益分歧、治理行动碎片化和治理力量分散等诸多难题。马克思共同体思想为解决上述问题并为提高我国生态治理效能指明了方向。只要我们以马克思共同体思想为指导,从生态治理的现实出发,构建以共同生态利益为基础、以共同生态理念为纽带、以共同生态行动为内容的生态治理共同体,就能实现我国生态治理在主体上从单一到多元,在理念上从分散到统一,在行动上从碎片化到整体化的全面完善,促进生态治理体系和治理能力现代化。

The ecological governance is an important part of the national governance system and a specific practice of the ecological civilization construction.The ecological governance practice in China has contributed greatly to the improvement of the ecological environment of China,but some problems remain such as the interest divergence of the governance subjects,the fragmentation of the governance actions and the dispersion of the governance forces.Marx’s community thought provides a way to solve the above ecological governance problems,and also points out the direction for the development of the ecological governance in China.Under the guidance of Marx’s community thought,starting from the ecological governance reality,it is necessary to build an ecological governance community based on the common ecological interests,the common ecological concepts and the common ecological actions,so as to realize the comprehensive completion of the ecological governance in China from single subject to multiple subjects,from scattered concepts to unified concepts and from fragmented action to integrated actions.It can also promote the modernization of the ecological governance system and capacity.
