长三角装备制造业的产业选择

Industrial Choice of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the Yangtze River Delta Region

装备制造业在长三角制造业部门中处于主体地位,在全国也具有重要战略地位,但是区内结构相似程度较大,产业同构问题突出。鉴于此,本文基于区域分工和竞争优势两种思路与方法,通过构建相应的定量指标,对长三角地区沪苏浙皖四省市装备制造业的重点发展产业选择进行研究。研究结论是:目前及今后一个时期,上海市重点发展的装备制造业产业应该是汽车制造业、计算机通信和其他电子设备制造业等两个,江苏省是计算机通信和其他电子设备制造业、金属制品业、铁路船舶航空航天和其他运输设备制造业、仪器仪表制造业等四个,浙江省是通用设备制造业、电气机械和器材制造业、汽车制造业、铁路船舶航空航天和其他运输设备制造业等四个,安徽省是电气机械和器材制造业、金属制品业、通用设备制造业、专用设备制造业等四个。

The equipment manufacturing industry is the main manufacturing sector in the Yangtze River Delta Region(YRDR),and it has strategic position in China too.However,the structural similarity degree in YRDR is great,and the problem of the similar industrial structure is prominent.In view of this,based on two ideas and methods of regional division of labor and comparative advantage,this paper studies the key industries of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui by constructing the corresponding quantitative indicators.It is found that at present and in the near future the key equipment manufacturing industries in Shanghai should be the manufacture of automobiles,computers,communication and other electronic equipment.The key industries in Jiangsu should be the manufacture of computers,communication and other electronic equipment,metal products,railway,ship,aerospace and other transport equipment,measuring instruments and machinery.The key industries in Zhejiang should be the manufacture of general purpose machinery,electrical machinery and apparatus,automobiles,railway,ship,aerospace and other transport equipment.The key industries in Anhui should be the manufacture of electrical machinery and apparatus,metal products,general purpose machinery,special purpose machinery.
