平台企业开放式服务创新风险治理能力影响因素的跨层次研究

A Cross-Level Study on the Influencing Factors of Risk Management Ability of Open Service Innovation in Platform Enterprises

平台企业创新过程中存在巨大的不确定性,但现有研究忽略了风险治理的复杂性。本文针对网络平台企业开放式服务创新风险治理影响因素的多层次性,构建了组织层面和网络层面影响风险治理能力的分析框架。通过问卷调查,采用多层次线性模型进行探索。结果表明:企业家特质对网络风险治理能力有显著正向作用,这一作用过程通过战略创新系统来实现,组织动态能力也可以促进组织打破闭合学习效应,刺激自主创新意愿,增强开放式创新能力,从而提升网络风险治理能力。因此,风险治理必须注重企业家素质的强化,加强创新战略体系建设,加强组织内部创新制度建设,增强资源互动能力,提升组织层面与网络层面这两个层面的作用力和匹配度,从而增强应对模糊条件与众多风险的硬实力。本研究对于平台企业突破风险牵制、提高创新质量具有一定的借鉴意义。

There is huge uncertainty in the process of platform enterprise innovation,but the existing research ignores the complexity of risk management.Aiming at the multi-level factors affecting the risk management of open service innovation in network platform enterprises,an analytical framework for influencing risk management capabilities at the organizational level and network level is constructed by questionnaires and multi-level linear model.The results show that entrepreneurial traits have a significant positive effect on network risk management capabilities.This process can be achieved through a strategic innovation system.Organizational dynamic capabilities can also help organizations break the closed learning effect,stimulate independent innovation will and enhance open innovation capabilities,and finally improve the ability of network risk management.Therefore,risk management must focus on the strengthening of entrepreneurial quality,strengthening the construction of innovation strategy system,strengthening the construction of innovation system within the organization,enhancing the ability of resource interaction,and enhancing the force and matching between the organizational level and the network level,thus enhancing the hard power to cope with these fuzzy conditions and many risks.This research has certain reference significance for platform enterprises to break through risk containment and improve innovation quality.
