饲料中添加葵花盘复合生物蛋白制剂对育肥猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为分析葵花盘复合生物蛋白制剂对育肥猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响,本研究采用单因素随机设计试验,选择健康、体重相近的三元杂交育肥猪120头,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,试验1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、10.0%葵花盘复合生物蛋白,预试验7 d,试验期56 d。试验期间测定育肥猪生长性能和胴体品质。结果表明:(1)试验2、3、4组试验末重、平均日采食量均高于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组平均日增重较1组分别提高15.2%、13.7%(P <0.05),试验3、4组料重比较1组分别降低8.1%、7.5%(P <0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组的屠宰率、瘦肉率、眼肌面积均高于1组,试验3、4组与1组相比分别提高7.9%、5.8%、6.4%、6.3%、13.4%、10.6%(P <0.05),试验3、4组平均背膘厚较1组比分别降低了11.6%、10.7%、13.4%、10.6%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组的大理石评分、肉色、pH24 h与1组相比差异性不显著(P> 0.05)。综上,葵花盘复合生物蛋白制剂可以提高三元杂交育肥猪的生长性能和胴体品质,以5.0%添加为宜。 In order to analyze the effects of sunflower disc compound biological protein preparation on growth performance and carcass quality of fattening pigs.The single factor randomized design experiment was conducted to select 120 healthy and similar-weight three-way crossbred finishing pigs and randomly divided them into four groups.Each group had 3 replicates and each replicate had 10 pigs.The experimental group 1 was fed with the basic diet as the control group.The experimental groups 2,3 and 4 were fed with 2.5%,5.0%and 10.0%sunflower tray compound biological protein respectively in the basic diet.The experiment lasted for7 days and 56 days.The growth performance and carcass quality were measured during the experiment.The results showed that:(1)The final weight and average feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1(P>0.05).The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 15.2%and 13.7%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),and the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was 8.1%and 7.5%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05).(2)The slaughtering rate,lean meat rate and eye muscle area of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1.Compared with group 1,groups 3 and 4 increased by 7.9%,5.8%,6.4%,6.3%,13.4%and 10.6%respectively(P<0.05).The average back fat thickness of groups 3 and 4 decreased by 11.6%,10.7%,13.4%and 10.6%respectively.There was no significant difference in marble score,flesh color and pH24 hbetween the two groups(P>0.05).In conclusion that sunflower disk composite bio-protein preparation could improve the growth performance and carcass quality of three-way hybrid finishing pigs,and 5.0%was suitable.
