日粮添加虾青素对蛋鸡生产性能的影响

Effect of astaxanthin on production performance of laying hens

为探究日粮添加虾青素对蛋鸡生产性能的影响,试验选取24周龄、健康且体重相近的海兰褐蛋鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组60只,各组设置3个重复,每个重复20只。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂添加5、10、15 g/kg虾青素的日粮。整个试验共42 d,分7 d预饲期和35 d正式试验期。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组产蛋率分别较对照组提高了1.46%、5.85%、8.69%(P <0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均蛋重分别较对照组增加了4.31%、7.63%、11.92%(P <0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日采食量分别较对照组减少了3.82%、8.12%、13.22%(P <0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均料蛋比分别较对照组减少了7.45%、13.73%、20.78%(P <0.05)。总之,日粮添加虾青素能改善蛋鸡的生产性能,其中添加1.5%虾青素效果最好。

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of astaxanthin on production performance of laying hens.A total of 240 Hyline brown laying hens with healthy and similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate.One of the groups was fed the basic diet as a control group,and the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere fed with 5,10 g/kg and 15 g/kg diet of astaxanthin.The entire test lasted 42 d,which was divided into pre-feeding period of 7 days and formal test period of 35 days.The results showed as follows:The laying rate of experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere higher1.46%,5.85%,8.69%(P<0.05)than the control group,respectively.The average egg weight of experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere higher 4.31%,7.63%,11.92%(P<0.05)than the control group,respectively.The average daily feed intake of experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere less 3.82%,8.12%、13.22%(P<0.05)than the control group,respectively.The feed to egg ratio of experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere less 7.45%,13.73%,20.78%(P<0.05)than the control group,respectively.In conclusion,dietary supplementation with astaxanthin could improve the production performance of layers,with 1.5%astaxanthin supplementation being the optimum dosage.
