复合酵母菌制剂对肉羊生长性能、粪便微生物菌群及免疫机能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究复合酵母菌制剂对肉羊生长性能、粪便微生物菌群及免疫机能的影响,试验选择体重相近、健康的肉羊60只,随机分成4个组,每个组3个重复,每个重复5只,1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%的复合酵母菌制剂,预试验7 d,试验期为56 d,试验期测定其生产性能、粪便微生物菌群及免疫机能。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组相比分别提高10.5%、8.8%(P <0.05),料重比较1组相比分别降低8.3%、6.5%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组干物质采食均高于1组(P> 0.05);(2)试验3、4组粪便中的双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌含量较1组相比分别提高29.6%、27.0%、19.3%、18.3%(P <0.05),大肠杆菌的含量较1组相比分别降低21.0%、20.4%(P <0.05);(3)试验3、4组血清中IgG、IgA、IL-2含量较1组相比分别提高26.2%、21.4%、14.4%、12.9%、26.7%、25.7%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中IgM、IL-6含量均高于1组(P> 0.05)。结论,日粮中添加5.0%复合酵母菌制剂可以提高肉羊生长性能,调整肠道菌群结构,提高免疫机能。 To analyze the effects of compound yeast preparation on growth performance,fecal microflora and immune function of mutton sheep.60 healthy mutton sheep were randomly divided into four groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 in each replicate.Group 1 was fed with basic diet as blank control group.Groups2,3,4 were fed with adding 2.5%,5.0%and 7.5%compound yeast preparation diet.The production performance,fecal microbial flora and immune function of the sheep were tested for 7 days and 56 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with group 1,the average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was increased by 10.5%and8.8%(P<0.05),and the feed weight was decreased by 8.3%and 6.5%(P<0.05),respectively.The dry matter intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05).(2)Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in feces of groups 3 and 4 were 29.6%,27.0%,19.3%and 18.3%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),while E.coli was 21.0%and 20.4%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05).(3)The serum levels of IgG,IgA and IL-2 of groups 3 and 4 were 26.2%,21.4%,14.4%,12.9%,26.7%and 25.7%higher than those in group 1(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IgM and IL-6 in groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05).In conclusion that adding 5.0%compound yeast preparation to diet could improve growth performance,adjust intestinal flora structure and improve immune function of mutton sheep.
