饲料企业会计核算信息披露的成熟度与合理性对于整体企业的良性可持续发展起着非常关键的作用。其信息披露的精确性将直接影响饲料企业整体经营效率、资金使用效率、资金周转效率等,对于企业对资金链的把控至关重要。因此本文旨在运用对比、类比及分析式研究方法,分析饲料企业会计信息披露的现状和弊端,并针对弊端提供应对策略。在市场经济发展过程中,饲料企业只有重视并加强企业会计核算的信息披露,才能让管理者及投资者更清晰地了解企业现状,做出有利于企业生存发展的对策。

The maturity and reasonability of accounting information disclosure of feed industry plays an important role in the well sustainable development of the whole industry.The accuracy of the information disclosed will directly impact the operation efficiency,asset use efficiency and funds turnover rate of the whole feed industry as well as the control on the cash chain.Therefore the paper analyzed the current status and disadvantages of the accounting information disclosure in feed industry and corresponding proposals were raised.During the development of market economy,the feed industry must highlight the importance of the accounting information and to have the managers and investors understand the current situation of the company then to have them make right decisions towards the development of the company.
