循证护理方案改善痴呆患者营养状况及生活质量的实践

Effect of evidence-based nursing program on nutritional status and quality of life in hospitalized dementia patients

目的探讨循证护理方案改善痴呆患者营养状况及生活质量的实践效果,为改善痴呆患者营养状况及生活质量提供科学的干预方法。方法采用随机对照试验方法,将83例痴呆患者采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组41例与试验组42例,对照组采用常规护理方案,试验组采用循证护理方案。比较两组患者方案实施后营养指标水平及生活质量评分。结果方案实施4周后试验组患者营养指标(总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白),生活质量量表总分及身体健康状况、精力状况、情绪、家庭状况、与朋友关系、自我感受、料理家务能力、自得其乐能力、生活整体情况各维度得分均优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论循证护理方案可有效改善痴呆患者营养状况及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing program on nutritional status and quality of life in hospitalized dementia patients in order to provide a scientific intervention methods for improving their nutritional status and quality of life.Methods Eighty-three patients with dementia were randomly divided into control group(n=41)and trial group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The conventional nursing program was used in the control group and evidence-based nursing program in the trial group.The two groups were compared in terms of nutritional index levels and quality of life before the implementation of the program and four weeks after the implementation.Results The nutritional index levels of serum total protein,albumin,hemoglobin,score of the quality of life,score of physical health,energy,mood,family status,relationship with friends,self-perception,ability to take care of housework,ability to enjoy themselves,and overall situation of life in the trial group were all significantly higher than those in the control group after the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing program can effectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life of dementia patients.
