肠道功能训练联合排便训练预防脑出血术后患者便秘的效果观察

Effect of bowel function intervention combined with defecation training on constipation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation

目的探讨肠道功能结合排便训练预防脑出血术后患者便秘的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的120例脑出血术后患者,将收治在病区一的患者设为对照组,将病区二的设为观察组。对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者给予肠道功能结合排便训练干预。比较两组患者便秘与灌肠情况、便秘严重程度及生活质量。结果观察组患者干预后便秘与灌肠率低于于对照组,便秘严重程度轻于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肠道功能结合排便训练应用于脑出血术后患者中,可有效预防患者便秘的发生,降低其便秘严重程度,且改善其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of bowel function intervention combined with defecation training on preventing constipation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,120 patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,60 in each.The control group and the observation group were given routine intervention and bowel function intervention combined with defecation training,respectively.The two groups were compared in terms of incidence,severity and quality of life of constipation and enema.Results The incidence of constipation and enema in the observation group was better improved as compared to the control group(P<0.05).The severity of constipation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The bowel function intervention combined with defecation training in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively prevent the incidence of constipation,reduce its severity,and significantly improve their quality of life.It is worth popularizing.
