摘要
磨煤工段6台棒磨机主减速机在实际运行过程中多次出现打齿、断轴情况,为此对其进行了技术改造,并对改造前后的轴系振动、煤浆黏度和粒度分布情况进行了对比。结果表明,减速机改造后,减轻了轴系振动,减少了磨煤机故障停机的频次,保障了生产装置的稳定运行。
The main reducer of six rod grinders in coal grinding section has been toothed and broken many times in the actual operation process.During the actual operation of 6 main reducers of rod mill in the coal grinding section,there are many times of teeth striking and shaft breaking.Therefore,the technical transformation has been carried out,and the vibration of shafting,viscosity and particle size distribution of coal water slurry before and after the transformation have been compared.Results show that after the transformation of the reducers,the vibration of the shafting is reduced,the frequency of the coal mill fail shutdown is reduced,and the steady operation of the production unit is guaranteed.
