摘要
氧化铁是磷矿石中的重要杂质,优化氧化铁的测定方法可以更好地分析和判断磷矿石的开采价值。对磷酸铁(铝)分离-EDTA容量法测定磷矿石和磷精矿中氧化铁含量进行了改进,通过平行性试验和不同实验室间比对试验,验证改进后方法的可操作性、适用性和精密度。根据改进前后氧化铁测定结果的差异,表明2种方法的测定平均值没有显著性差异,改进后的方法具有便捷、快速、节约成本、效率高等优点。
Iron oxide is an important impurity in phosphate rock.Optimizing the determination method of iron oxide can better analyze and judge the mining value of phosphate rock.The iron phosphate(aluminum)separation-EDTA volumetric method for determination of iron oxide content in phosphate rock and phosphate concentrate is improved,and the operability,applicability and precision of the improved method are verified by parallel tests and comparison tests between different laboratories.According to the difference in the determination results of iron oxide before and after the improvement,it is shown that there is no significant difference in the average values of the two methods.The improved method has the advantages of convenience,speed,cost saving,and high efficiency.
