摘要
青霉素及头孢菌素中间体7-ACA在动物饲养过程中的应用非常普遍,其残留引起的安全问题已不容忽视。为探索碘量法测定青霉素及7-ACA含量的测试条件,开展了试验研究。试验结果表明:碘量法测定青霉素及7-ACA含量具有操作简便快速、测定结果准确、精密度好等优点;在最优测试条件下,青霉素及7-ACA的测定回收率均达90%以上。
The application of penicillin and cephalosporin intermediate 7-ACA in animal feeding is very common,and the safety issues caused by the residues cannot be ignored.In order to explore the test conditions for the determination of penicillin and 7-ACA content by iodometry,experimental research is carried out.The experimental results show that the determination of penicillin and 7-ACA content by the iodometry has the advantages of simple and fast operation,accurate measurement results and good precision;under the optimal test condition,the recovery rate of penicillin and 7-ACA is more than 90%.
