摘要
肝脏恶性肿瘤给全球带来了沉重的负担,其诊断及治疗决策依赖于影像学技术。传统的成像技术,如超声、CT、MRI及PET/CT在肝脏肿瘤诊疗的指导意义上各有优劣,任单一技术所提供的诊断信息仍无法满足临床的需求。随着PET/MRI投入临床实践,其出色的代谢解剖成像在肝脏恶性肿瘤的诊断效能上得到医疗工作者的认同。本综述总结了PET/MRI在肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值。
Liver cancer place a heavy burden on the world,and its diagnosis and treatment decisions rely on imaging technology.Traditional imaging technologies,such as ultrasound,CT,MRI,and PET/CT have their own advantages and disadvantages in the guidance of diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer;but the diagnostic information provided by any single technology still cannot meet the needs.As PET/MRI is put into clinical practice,its excellent metabolic anatomy imaging has been recognized by clinicians in the diagnosis of liver cancer.This review summarizes the diagnostic value of PET/MRI in liver cancer.
