摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在门诊痛风患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~12月在东莞常安医院门诊部治疗的60例痛风患者进行研究,对患者进行品管圈活动管理。比较品管圈活动开展前和开展后4个月患者的血尿酸、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、痛风知识知晓情况、无形成果以及满意率。结果品管圈活动开展后4个月,患者血尿酸、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的水平明显下降,与品管圈活动开展前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动开展后4个月,患者对痛风的病因、诱发因素、控制饮食、合理锻炼、规律服药、定期检查等知识的知晓率明显升高,与品管圈活动开展前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动开展后4个月,医护间的团队凝聚力、执行力、沟通能力、品管圈管理手法及责任意识明显提高,与品管圈活动开展前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动开展后4个月,患者对医护人员服务态度、医患沟通、用药指导、就诊秩序、候诊环境满意度明显高于品管圈活动开展前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能间接促进医护与患者对血尿酸及痛风的共同管理,间接改善患者尿酸、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯指标,提高患者痛风相关知识的认知水平以及满意率,提高工作人员的积极性和主动性,对改善医患关系发挥积极作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QOC)activity in the outpatients with gout.Methods A total of 60 patients with gout who were treated in the Outpatient Department,Dongguan Chang’an Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected for the study to manage the QOC activity.The uric acid,creatinine,total cholesterol,triglyceride,knowledge of gout,intangible results,and satisfaction rate of patients were compared before and four months after the QOC activity.Results Compared with before QOC activity,the levels of serum uric acid,creatinine,total cholesterol,and triglyceride were significantly decreased four months after QOC activity,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before QOC activity,the awareness rate of patients on the causes,inducing factors,diet control,reasonable exercise,regular medication,regular inspection and other knowledge of gout were significantly increased four months after QOC activity,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before QOC activity,the cohesion,execution,communication ability,management techniques,and sense of responsibility of the medical team among the doctors and nurses were significantly improved four months after QOC activity,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The patients’satisfaction with service attitude,doctor-patient communication,medication guidance,medical order,and waiting environment four months after the QOC activity was significantly higher than that before the activities,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion QOC activity can indirectly promote the joint management of uric acid and gout between medical care and patients,indirectly improve the indicators of uric acid,creatinine,total cholesterol,and triglyceride in patients,improve the cognitive level of gout related knowledge and satisfaction rate in patients,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of staff,and play a positive role in improving the relationship between doctors and patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
