陕西省文化产业和旅游产业耦合发展的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Coupling Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in Shaanxi Province

在分析陕西省文化产业与旅游产业发展现状的基础上,采用耦合度模型,实证分析2004-2016年文化产业与旅游产业的耦合协调程度。研究表明:近十余年陕西省文化产业与旅游产业融合发展总体呈上升趋势,但二者的融合发展仍然落后于全国平均水平;陕西省文化与旅游产业的融合发展特点是旅游资源驱动的勉强失调型。本研究建议,陕西省未来应实施科技引领的文化旅游产业集群战略、高校-企业-政府联动的文化旅游产业合作战略、打造吃-住-行-游-购-娱的文化旅游复合型产业生态链战略以及创建新的文化旅游综合体战略,从而加快提升陕西省文化与旅游产业的耦合协调发展能力。

Based on the analysis of the development status of culture industry and tourism industry in Shaanxi Province, the coupling degree model was adopted to empirically analyze the degree of coupling and coordination between culture industry and tourism industry from 2004 to 2016. The research showed that the integration development of culture industry and tourism industry in Shaanxi Province had been on the rise in the past ten years, but the integration development of the two industries was still lower than the national average level. And the integration and development of culture and tourism industry in Shaanxi Province was characterized by the maladjustment of tourism resources. It was recommended in this study that the strategy of culture tourism industry cluster led by science and technology, the cooperation strategy of college-enterprise-government linkage cultural tourism industry, the strategy of creating the ecological chain of culture tourism complex industry of food, housing, travel, travel, purchase and entertainment, and the creation of a new culture should be implement in Shaanxi Province, thus accelerating the improvement of the coupling and coordinated development capabilities of Shaanxi’s culture industry and tourism industry.
