Construction and application of management system of overlaid minerals by construction projects in Guizhou province

在矿政管理工作中,建设项目压覆查询系统可避免新设矿业权与已建或拟建项目重叠;在批复建设单位申请用地时,可避免拟建项目与已设矿业权、国家矿产地、整装勘查区和已建项目重叠。本研究尽量减少审批环节,保障矿业权人和国有资产的合法权益,保证建设项目顺利实施,为贵州省政府决策、科学研究、经济建设提供快捷、丰富的矿业行业数据共享服务。

The query system of overlaid minerals by construction projects can avoid overlapping the newly established mining rights with the projects already built or proposed in the mining administrative management;and the proposed project with the established mining rights,national mineral deposits,self-contained exploration areas and existing projects when reply to the land application of the construction unit.This research will minimize the examination and approval process,protect the legitimate rights and interests of mining right holders and state-owned assets,ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects,and provide quick and rich mining industry data sharing services for the decisionmaking,scientific research and economic construction of Guizhou provincial government.
