妊娠晚期对孕妇心电图检测的影响

Effects of late pregnancy on ECG detection of pregnant women

目的:观察妊娠晚期对孕妇心电图检测的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年12月妊娠晚期孕妇240例和150例受检健康女性的临床资料,将240例妊娠晚期孕妇作为观察组(其中将观察组70例妊娠晚期糖尿病患者称A亚组,170例妊娠晚期非糖尿病患者称B亚组),150例健康女性作为对照组,比较两组心电图检测异常率。结果:观察组的B亚组心电图异常率为64.11%,明显高于对照组的36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的A亚组心电图异常率为95.71%,高于B亚组的64.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠晚期孕妇心电图异常率高于非妊娠女性,尤以妊娠期糖尿病孕妇明显。

Objective: To analyze effects of late pregnancy on ECG detection of pregnant women. Methods: The clinical data of 240 pregnant women in late pregnancy and 150 healthy women from January 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The 240 pregnant women in late pregnancy were used as the observation group(wherein, 70 patients with diabetes mellitus as subgroup A and 170 patients without diabetes mellitus as subgroup B), and the 150 healthy women were used as the control group. Then, the abnormal rate of ECG detection was compared between the two groups. Results: The abnormal rate of ECG in the subgroup B of the observation group was 64.11%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 36.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The abnormal rate of ECG in the subgroup A of the observation group was 95.71%, higher than the subgroup B of 64.11%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The abnormal rate of ECG in the pregnant women in late pregnancy is higher than the non-pregnant women, especially those with gestational diabetes mellitus.
