摘要
目的:探究抚触护理对新生儿肺炎患儿心理运动功能及智能发育的影响。方法:选取98例肺炎新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予抚触护理,比较两组护理后智能发育指数(MDI)和心理运动发育指数(PDI)。结果:护理1个月后,两组MDI及PDI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月后,两组MDI和PDI均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抚触护理可促进肺炎新生儿心理运动功能发展,提高新生儿的智能发育水平。
Objective: To study effects of touch nursing on psychomotor function and intellectual development of neonates with pneumonia. Methods: 98 admitted neonates with pneumonia were selected and divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method, 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group used touch nursing based on that of the control group. The mental development index(MDI) and psychomotor development index(PDI) after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: 1 month after the nursing, there were no significant differences in the MDI and PDI between the two groups(P>0.05). 3 months after the nursing, the MDI and PDI of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Touch nursing can promote the development of the psychomotor function of the neonates with pneumonia and improve the intellectual development levels.
