急诊危机管理模式对急诊救治效果及危机事件发生率的影响

Influence of emergency crisis management mode on emergency treatment efficacy and incidence of crisis events

目的观察急诊危机管理模式对急诊救治效果及危机事件发生率的影响。方法选取孝感市中心医院2019-01至2019-06收治的46例急诊患者作为观察组,2018-07至2019-01收治的46例急诊患者作为对照组。对照组采用常规急诊护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施急诊危机管理模式,比较两组急诊救治时间、入院时生命指标及危机事件发生情况。结果观察组院前急救反应时间、确诊时间、急诊至手术时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院时观察组呼吸频率、心率、收缩压、舒张压均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组危机事件发生率为8.70%,明显低于对照组的23.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规急诊护理基础上采用急诊危机管理模式能够缩短患者急诊救治时间,降低危机事件发生率,改善生命指标水平的效果优于单纯常规急诊护理效果。

Objective To observe influence of emergency crisis management mode on emergency treatment efficacy and incidence of crisis events.Methods 46 emergency patients admitted to Xiaogan Central Hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 in were selected as the observation group,while 46 emergency patients from July 2018 to January 2019 were set as the control group.The control group adopted routine emergency nursing,while the observation group was given the emergency crisis management mode on the basis of that of the control group.The emergency treatment time,life indexes at admission and the occurrence of crisis events were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-hospital emergency response time,diagnosis time,and emergency to operation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The respiratory frequency,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group at admission were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of crisis events in the observation group was 8.70%,which was significantly lower than 23.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of emergency crisis management mode based on the routine emergency nursing can shorten the emergency treatment time,reduce the incidence of crisis events,and improve the life indexes,as compared with the routine emergency nursing alone.
