摘要
学习型社区建设作为全民学习与终身学习的时空交汇点,是新时代我国学习型社会建设的重要组成部分。当前,学习型社区建设已取得一定的成效,对其进行综合评估成为推进学习型社会建设高质量发展的必需。本文以上海市浦东新区为例,应用德尔菲法,重点构建学习型社区评估体系和指标权重,并运用指标体系评估学习型社区建设的现状和存在的问题,从而提出进一步推进学习型社区建设的对策建议。
As a spatio-temporal joint of national and lifelong learning,learning community plays an important role in the construction of Chinese learning society in a new era. It is necessary to do a comprehensive assessment of learning community in order to assure the high-quality development of learning society. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems that exist in learning community by using Delphi method and index system based on Pudong District,hoping to build a assessment system and index weights for learning community, to heip promoting the construction of learning community.
