经过持续多年对高等教育的投入,广东高等教育的规模有了长足的进步.在全国排名前一百名的高校中,入选的广东高校数量很少,从整体上看,广东高校教育面临着规模增长和质量提升双重压力.在这一背景下,广东省政府提出了要建设教育强省,加大财政投入力度,积极推进"高校创新强校工程"项目建设,不断提升高校教学质量.通过对相关理论的文献进行梳理、归纳和总结,较准确地把握这类研究的动态发展过程,为后续的研究提供理论依据.因此,本文首先分析"高校创新强校工程"项目的具体实施情况以及存在的问题,然后结合实际情况提出相应的解决对策和建议.

After years of investment in higher education,the scale of higher education in Guangdong has made great progress.Among the top 100 universities in China,the number of Guangdong universities selected is very small.On the whole,Guangdong University education is facing double pressures of scale growth and quality improvement.In this context,the government of Guangdong Province proposes to build a strong province of education,increase financial investment,actively promote the construction of"University Innovation and Strong University Project",and constantly improve the quality of university teaching.Through combing,summarizing and summarizing the relevant theoretical literature,we can grasp the dynamic development process of this kind of research accurately,and provide theoretical basis for the follow-up research.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the specific implementation and existing problems of the project,and then puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions based on the actual situation.
