摘要
应用建立的流体动力型雾化装置及研制的压制剂,在试验仓内对四氯化硅泄漏后产生的硅酸及氯化氢雾滴气溶胶进行压制处理。试验表明,与自然沉降相比,压制剂能在短时间内将氯化氢浓度降低,减小四氯化硅泄漏产生的后果。压制剂用量为30 g/m^3时,即可达到良好的压制效果,可大大减少应急处理时二次废液的产量。
The silicic acid and hydrogen chloride aerosol produced by the leakage of silicon tetrachloride are suppressed in the experimental chamber by using the hydrodynamic atomization device and the developed suppressant. The experiments show that compared with natural sedimentation, the suppressant droplet can reduce the concentration of hydrogen chloride in a short time and reduce the consequences of silicon tetrachloride leakage. When the dosage of suppressant is 30 g/m^3, good pressing effect can be achieved, and the output of secondary liquid waste in emergency treatment can be greatly reduced.
