高干厌氧反应器在处理各种废弃物的同时还能生产沼气与有机肥,非常适合垃圾分类后的有机废弃物处理,但是在生产过程中存在很多安全隐患。综合北京中持绿色能源环境技术有限公司已安全运行的两个工程案例,提出了设计、施工、安全检测、调试、运行的一系列安全检测与安全控制方案。

The high dry anaerobic reactor can produce methane and organic fertilizer while treating various wastes,which is very suitable for the treatment of organic wastes after garbage classification.However,there are many safety risks in the production process.A series of safety testing and control schemes for design,construction,safety testing,debugging and operation are presented based on two engineering cases of one company.
