摘要
基于矿山掘进工作面在设计供风量时需要考虑供掘进工作面作业人员正常呼吸所需最低风量的思想,研制了一种矿用供风式防尘口罩,将压入式掘进工作面供风风筒内的新鲜风流直接配送到各个定点作业人员。作业人员在佩戴此口罩吸气时,口罩呼吸腔内仍可保持适当的正压,因此可有效地避免掘进工作面粉尘及瓦斯等有害气体进入口罩呼吸腔内,从根本上解决了压入式通风掘进工作面定点作业人员的防尘问题。该口罩在薛湖煤矿25040风巷应用后,取得了良好的防尘效果,有效地避免了作业人员吸入粉尘及有害气体,保护了作业人员的身体健康。
In this paper, based on the idea that the minimum air volume needed for the normal breathing of the working personnel should be considered in the design of the air supply of the mine driving face, a kind of mine air supply type dust mask is developed, which can directly distribute the fresh air flow in the air supply duct of the driving face to the fixed-point workers. When the operators wear this mask to inhale, the positive pressure in the breathing chamber of the mask can still be maintained properly, so it can effectively prevent the harmful gas such as flour dust and gas from entering the breathing chamber of the mask, and fundamentally solve the dust-proof problem of the fixed-point operators in the driving face with forced ventilation. After the application of the mask in the 25040 air tunnel of Xuehu Coal Mine, it has achieved good dust-proof effect, effectively avoided the inhalation of dust and harmful gases by the operators, and protected the health of the operators.
