摘要
在一热功率为3MW的循环流化床试验台上开展了纯烧棕榈空果串(EFB)试验.试验结果表明,EFB纯烧时SO2和NOx排放均较低,灰渣比为100:0,燃烧效率在99%以上;EFB含有大量碱金属,纯烧后会在过热管壁形成多层沉积,这将引起管壁腐蚀.
A CFB test bed with a heat power of 3MW was used to test the EFB(empty fruit bunch).The test results show that the emission of SO2 and NOx is low;the proportion of fly ash is 100%and combustion efficiency is more than 99%;EFB contains a lot of alkali metals,which will form multi-layer deposition on the superheated tube wall after pure combustion,this will cause wall corrosion.
