摘要
通过对三台夹套容器内筒失稳事故的调查分析,确定事故发生的两种原因:一种是管道被冻结堵塞形成封闭系统,另一种是安全阀未起到超压泄放功能,都导致夹套的循环水持续受热温度升高,压力骤增,超出临界压力,致使内筒失稳变形被压瘪,最后提出了解决措施.
Through investigation and analysis of the instability accident of the inner tank of three jacketed vessels,to identify two causes for the accident,one is pipeline frozen blocking to form a closed system,the other is the safety valve did not rise to overpressure discharge function.In both cases,the circulating water in the jacket continues to be heated and the temperature rises,and the pressure increases rapidly.Exceeding the critical pressure,the inner tank is crushed due to instability deformation.Finally,some measures are put forward.
