As an advanced organization of project,EPCC contracting adds commissioning work to traditional EPC contracting method,therefore the execution of commissioning will affect the execution of EPCC project.This article analyzes commissioning work procedure of an oversea EPCC project,summarizes the work method and characters of EPCC commissioning,organizes complete work procedure,and provides a reference for development of commissioning work for EPCC contracting project.
