大梁湾作业区结垢机理浅析及阻垢剂的筛优选

摘要 文章首先对大梁湾作业区水样理化性质和垢样成分进行分析,确定大梁湾作业区的垢样为硅垢-碳酸钙(硫酸钡锶)复合垢,并对其结垢机理进行浅析.其次,针对大梁湾作业区的结垢现状,开展阻垢剂的室内评价实验.通过一系列的筛优选,最终得出所选阻垢剂均不具备阻硅垢性能,但具有较好的阻钙垢和钡锶垢的性能.其中AD43-3型阻垢剂在加注浓度为100 mg/L时,对于CaCO3、CaSO4、BaSO4和SrSO4垢的阻垢率分别为97.5%、97.8%、92.3%和47.5%,全面阻垢的效果较为理想. In this paper,the physicochemical properties and scale components of the water samples in the operation area of Daliangwan were firstly analyzed.The scale of the work in the Daliangwan operation area was determined to be silica scale-calcium carbonate(barium sulfate)composite scale,and the scaling mechanism was analyzed.Secondly,an indoor evaluation experiment of scale inhibitors was carried out for the current situation of scale formation in the Daliangwan operation area.Through a series of sieve optimizations,it is concluded that the selected scale inhibitors do not have the ability to resist silicon scale,but it has good performance in blocking calcium scale and barium strontium scale.And when the concentration of AD43-3 scale inhibitor is 100 mg/L,the scale inhibition rates for CaCO3,CaSO4,BaSO4,and SrSO4 scales are 97.5%,97.8%,92.3%,and 47.5%,respectively.The effect is ideal.
