摘要
以浙大宁波理工学院金融专业2018、2019两届本科毕业生为研究样本,应用定量比较分析(QCA)方法得到了在就业过程中产生工作岗位专业匹配程度高的相关组态,并结合该校金融专业建设经验,从教学体系、实践基地和学生思政等三个专业建设的核心层面分析了提高金融毕业生专业匹配程度的基本经验,提出了强化实践基地建设、加强教学与思政工作的整体推进等建议。
The Quantitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)was applied to identify some configurations of high major match in the process of employment of the 2018 and 2019 financial graduates of Ningbo Institute of Technology,Zhejiang University(ZJUNIT).Combined with the experience of financial major construction in ZJUNIT,configurations were analyzed,and three basic empirical patterns were gained.Based on the conclusion,some measures should be taken by the local government and local colleges,such as 1)bettering teaching system,2)strengthening practicing system,and 3)improving students'ideological and political construction.
