摘要
MOOC作为“互联网+教育”的新模式,自诞生起就受到国内外高度关注。MOOC平台众多,注册人数超千万,但最终能完成MOOC的学习者甚少,学习者粘性问题成为MOOC发展的瓶颈。文章从学习者视角将MOOC“全生命周期”分为平台选择、学习过程体验、学习效果感知、可持续性学习四个时期,采用AHP分析法对每个时期MOOC粘性的影响因素进行评价,并给出提升MOOC粘性的建议。
As a new model of“Internet+education”,MOOC has been paid close attention at home and abroad since its birth.A large number of MOOC platforms have appeared one after another,and the number of registered students has exceeded 10 million.Therefore,learners'stickiness becomes the bottleneck of the development of MOOC.From the perspective of learners,this paper divided the“life cycle”of MOOC into four periods:the choice of MOOC platform,the experience of learning process,the perception of learning effect and the sustainability of learning,AHP analysis method was used to evaluate the influencing factors of learners'stickiness in the four periods,and some suggestions were given to improve learners'stickiness.
