摘要
高职院校扩招百万是稳定和扩大就业的重要举措,具有服务国家发展的重大战略意义,体现了国家对高职教育发展的认可。高职院校百万扩招面临许多机遇和挑战,就如何保证百万扩招人才培养质量,笔者提出实施分类高职院校招考录取方式、构建多样化人才培养模式、1+X职业技能等级证书、实施国家学分银行等多种应对策略,为高职院校扩招不同类型生源、提升办学水平提供借鉴意义。
The enrollment expansion of vocational colleges is an important measure to stabilize and expand employment and it has strategic significance for the development of China.The expansion makes vocational colleges confronted with many opportunities and challenges.How to guarantee the quality of vocational education in the context of expansion is one of the problems that vocational colleges are facing.The paper puts forward some implementation strategies such as classified recruitment mode,constructing diversified talent training mode,1+X vocational skill level certificate,and implementing national credit bank to provide reference for the promotion of vocational education.
