摘要 针对逆向循环除霜方法冷媒循环流量低、除霜时间长的问题,本文基于准二级压缩热泵系统,提出智能冷媒循环流量控制除霜技术和智能除霜控制逻辑组合应用的优化除霜方案。该技术通过为除霜过程设计专用节流部件,降低节流压力损失,冷媒循环流量大,从而实现快速除霜的目的。本文根据该技术配置相应的除霜系统并实施性能研究,结果表明,该技术对出水温度影响不大的情况下,可大幅缩短除霜时间,同时能效表现更优。 For the problems of low coolant circulation flow rate and long defrosting time of reverse circulation defrosting method, an advanced defrosting method of optimized combination of Intelligent Coolant-Flow-Control Defrosting Technology(ICDT) and Intelligent Control Logic(ICL) based on quasi two-stage compression heat pump system is proposed in this paper. In this method, an exclusive throttling component is designed for defrosting process,which will reduce the throttling pressure loss and increase coolant flow, and so as to achieve the purpose of rapid defrosting. The performance investigation results of this paper show that defrosting period can be significantly reduced with this technology which has little effect on leaving water temperature, and meanwhile, the energy efficiency performs better.
