空心钉联合续骨活血汤加味治疗中青年股骨颈骨折

Effect Observation on the Treatment of Young and Middle-aged Femoral Neck Fractures with Hollow Nail Combined with Xugu Huoxue Decoction

目的:探讨空心钉联合续骨活血汤加味对中青年股骨颈骨折患者的疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析法选取2015年12月~2018年12月期间我院收治的中青年股骨颈骨折患者60例,按照随机数字分组法,是否使用中药,分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用空心钉固定术的常规治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用续骨活血汤加味。对骨折临床愈合率、2组的骨密度、髋关节Harris评分、术后并发症进行统计。结果:观察组术后3个月、6个月骨密度改变具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者术后1周、1月、3月、6月、12月分别进行Harris评分,观察组术后3个月、6个月Harris评分具有统计学意义(P<0.05),12个月的Harris评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组临床愈合比差距具有统计学意义,总有效率(80.00%VS93.33%)(P<0.05)。结论:空心钉联合续骨活血汤加味治疗中青年股骨颈骨折患者,可以促进骨折愈合率,改善髋关节功能,提高临床手术成功率。

Objective:To explore the effect of hollow nail combined with Xugu Huoxue decoction on young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:Using retrospective analysis,60 middle-aged and young patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number grouping method,whether to use traditional Chinese medicine was divided into a control group and an observation group.30 cases in each group.The control group adopts the conventional treatment plan of hollow nail fixation,and the observation group adds the flavoring of the continuous bone decoction on the basis of the conventional treatment.The fracture healing rate,bone mineral density of 2 groups,hip Harris score,and postoperative complications were counted.Results:The observation group had statistically significant changes in bone mineral density at 3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The Harris scores of the 2 groups of patients were evaluated at 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months,and 12 months after operation.The Harris scores of the observation group at 3 months and 6 months were statistically significant(P<0.05),12 months The Harris score was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the difference in clinical healing ratio between the two groups was statistically significant,with a total effective rate(80.00%vs 93.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hollow nail combined with Xugu Huoxue decoction in treating young and middleaged patients with femoral neck fracture can promote fracture healing rate,improve hip joint function,and improve the success rate of clinical surgery.
