生脉散加减联合养阴润喉茶治疗原发性干燥综合征

Treatment of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome with Modified Shengmai Powder and Yangyin Runhou Tea

目的:观察生脉散加减联合养阴润喉茶治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予白芍总苷胶囊口服;治疗组在对照组用药基础上,予生脉散加减联合养阴润喉茶口服。2组均治疗12周后观察并比较临床疗效、中医证候评分、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-rective protein,CRP)、红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、干燥三项(角膜荧光染色评分、泪膜破裂时间测定、静态唾液流率)的变化情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率为90%,高于对照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义。治疗后2组中医症状积分均有下降,差异有统计学意义,相较于对照组,治疗组两目干涩、咽干口燥、乏力自汗、五心烦热、阴道干涩或大便干、舌红瘦干及脉细涩的症状积分下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义。治疗后2组IgG、CRP、ESR指标均较治疗前下降,相较于对照组,治疗组IgG、CRP指标改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义。治疗后2组泪膜破裂时间、静态唾液流率较前上升,角膜荧光染色评分较前下降;相较于对照组,治疗组泪膜破裂时间、静态唾液流率改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义,角膜荧光染色评分差异无统计学意义。结论:生脉散加减联合养阴润喉茶治疗气阴两虚型原发性干燥综合征临床疗效显著,明显缓解患者临床症状,一定程度上改善实验室指标,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengmaisan plus and minus Yangyin Runhou tea in the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases.The control group was orally administered with Baishao total glycoside capsules;the treatment group was given oral supplementation of Shengmai San plus Yang Yin Runhou tea on the basis of medication in the control group.Both groups were observed and compared after 12 weeks of treatment,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,immunoglobulin G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG),immunoglobulin A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA),and immunoglobulin M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM),Hypersensitive C-rective protein(CRP),Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),dry three items(corneal fluorescence staining score,tear film rupture time measurement,static saliva flow rate)Changes.Results:The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,higher than that of the control group by 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had dry eyes,dry throat,dry mouth,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,five upset fever,dry vagina or dry stool,red tongue The symptom scores of thin dryness and fine pulse are more obvious,and the difference is statistically significant.After treatment,the IgG,CRP,and ESR indexes of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,the IgG and CRP indexes of the treatment group improved more obviously,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the tear film rupture time and static saliva flow rate of the 2 groups increased from before,and the corneal fluorescence staining score decreased from before;compared with the control group,the improvement of the tear film rupture time and static saliva flow rate of the treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistical There was no statistically significant difference in corneal fluorescence staining scores.Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Shengmai Powder combined with Yangyin Runhou Tea has significant clinical effect on the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome with deficiency of both qi and yin.It significantly relieves the clinical symptoms of patients,improves laboratory indicators to a certain extent,and has high safety.
