西方现代学徒制对我国职业教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Western Modern Apprenticeship System on China’s Vocational Education

经过多年探索和实践,西方国家现代学徒制已经形成了实习、就业、升学一套完整的教育体系。文章对我国现代学徒制的现状及存在问题进行了分析梳理,建议促进政府、企业和学校三方合作,最终形成由政府引导、企业为主体、职业院校主动参与的中国特色现代学徒制职业教育模式,为国家培养急需的技能型人才。

After years of exploration and development, the modern apprenticeship system in western countries has formed a complete education system of practice, employment and enrollment. In view of the current situation and existing problems of modern apprenticeship in China, this paper aims to promote the cooperation among the government, enterprises and schools, and finally form a modern apprenticeship vocational education mode with Chinese characteristics, which is guided by the government, dominated by enterprises and actively participated by vocational colleges, so as to cultivate the urgently needed skilled talents for our country.
