基于高职技能大赛的人才培养方案反思——以晋城职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为例

Exploration of Talent Training Scheme Based on Vocational College’s Skill Competition——Taking Mechanics Technology Specialty,Jincheng institute of Technology as an Example

技能大赛是衡量职业院校教育教学水平、提升人才培养水平的重要途径。以我院机电一体化技术专业为例,结合近几年参与职业院校技能大赛的经验,从以赛促教的角度出发,对本专业人才培养方案积极探索,分别从专业核心课程构建、课程体系修订、教学评价模式转变、人才培养模式改进等方面提出建议。

The skill competitions in vocational colleges are one of efficient and important ways to improve the quality of education and the level of talent training.Based on the experience gained from the recent skill competitions,this paper,taking the mechanics technology specialty of Jincheng Institute of Technology as an example,actively explores the talent training scheme,respectively from the aspects of the construction of professional core courses,the revision of curriculum system,the transformation of teaching evaluation mode,and the improvement of talent training mode.
