广西南宁市大学生精神信仰、心理韧性与生活满意度关系研究

Study on the Relationship of Spiritual Belief, Psychological Resilience and Life Satisfaction of College Students in Nanning, Guangxi

为了构建心理韧性在精神信仰与生活满意度关系的中介模型,采用大学生精神信仰问卷、Connor-Davidson韧性量表与青少年生活满意度量表对570名大学生进行测量。结果显示:超自然信仰与心理韧性、生活满意度呈显著负相关,社会信仰与心理韧性、生活满意度呈显著正相关,心理韧性与生活满意度呈显著正相关;心理韧性在超自然信仰与生活满意度间具有中介效应,在社会信仰与生活满意度间也具有中介效应。结论:心理韧性在精神信仰对生活满意度的关系中起重要作用,注重增强大学生的社会信仰,减少超自然信仰,提升个体的生活满意度水平。

In order to construct the intermediary model of the psychological resilience in the relationship between spiritual belief and life satisfaction, the research made a survey to 570 subjects by using the College Students’ Spiritual Belief Questionnaire, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the Adolescent Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale. Results showed that supernatural belief was negatively correlated with life satisfaction and psychological resilience, social belief was positively correlated with life satisfaction and psychological resilience, and psychological resilience was positively correlated with life satisfaction. Psychological resilience played an intermediary role between supernatural belief and life satisfaction, as well as between social belief and life satisfaction. Therefore, Such conclusions can be drawn that psychological resilience plays an important role in the relationship between spiritual belief and life satisfaction;we should try to enhance college students’ social belief and reduce their supernatural belief, so as to improve their individual life satisfaction.
