摘要
以七苯基倍半硅氧烷三硅醇(T7-POSS)为起始剂,三氟化硼乙醚为催化剂,与环氧氯丙烷开环聚合合成了不同分子量的含有POSS结构的液体多元醇(POSS-PECH)。通过红外、核磁等测试对产物进行了表征。将POSS-PECH固化制备聚氨酯弹性体,研究固化产物的热学、力学及热机械性能。结果表明,添加POSS-PECH后,产物的阻尼性能明显提高,随着POSS-PECH分子量的增加,产物的阻尼损耗因子逐渐降低。随着POSS-PECH含量的增加,固化产物的热稳定性逐渐提高。
Liquid polyols(POSS-PECH) containing POSS structures with different molecular weights were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of heptaphenyl sesquilosiloxane trisiloxane(T7-POSS) with boron trifluoride ether as catalyst.The products were characterized by IR and NMR. Polyurethane elastomers were prepared by curing POSS-PECH. The thermal,mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties of the cured products were studied. The results showed that the damping performance of the product was significantly improved with the addition of POSS-PECH,and the damping loss factor of the product gradually decreased with the increase of the molecular weight of POSS-PECH. With the increase of POSS-PECH content,the thermal stability of the cured products was gradually improved.
