摘要
随着老年教育实践的深入和对老年教育认识的深化,中国老年教育政策法规的发展,经历了蕴意萌芽阶段、探索起步阶段、快速发展阶段和完善创新阶段。中国老年教育的政策法规内容也在发展中不断演进,逐步完善。但仍须加快老年教育立法,制定更具科学性和可操作性的具体政策法规,推动政策法规建设创新。
With the deepening practice and understanding of the elderly education,the development of policies and regulations in China for the elderly education has gone through the stages of germination,start-up,rapid development and improvement innovation.The contents are also evolving and gradually improving.However,it is still necessary to accelerate the legislation on elderly education,formulate more scientific and operable specific policies and regulations,and promote the innovation of policies and regulations.
