基于体质健康促进理念的体育校本课程开发研究 被引量:32

摘要 体育校本课程开发是当前学校课程改革的一个重要环节,越来越受到教师们的重视。在当前强调学生体质健康发展的要求下,如何做好体育校本课程开发,将体育校本课程的开发与学生体质健康促进紧密结合起来,提升学生的综合素质,这是体育教育课程改革者所面临的重要课题。通过对学生体质健康促进与体育校本课程体系设置进行深入研究,从体育校本课程开发的内涵、体质促进对体育校本课程开发的要求进行了阐述与分析。通过整合与优化黏合的理念,提出了构建基于学生体质健康促进的体育校本课程设置的理论观点,对课程设置的指导思想、课程的框架结构、课程开发的外部支撑体系、课程的评价机制进行了系统论述。通过对体育校本课程体系设置与体质健康促进的分析,希望对体育校本课程的开发有所启发,推进校本课程的科学有序发展。 The development of school-based curriculum in physical education is an important step in the current curriculum reform of the school,which is increasingly valued by teachers.Currently,under the background that the nation pay more attention to the health fitness promotion,how to do a good job in school-based curriculum development,closely integrate the development of school-based curriculum with the promotion of students’physical health,and improve the comprehensive quality of students is an important proposition faced by reformers in education courses.This article has made an in-depth study on the student's physical health fitness promotion and the establishment of a school-based curriculum system.From the connotation of physical education school-based curriculum development and the requirements of physical health fitness promotion on the development of the schoolbased curriculum,the paper puts forward the idea of integration and optimization Constructing a theoretical perspective based on the school-based curriculum setting for the promotion of students’physical health,and systematically discussing the guiding ideology of the curriculum,the framework of the curriculum,the external support system of the curriculum,and the evaluation mechanism of the curriculum.Through the analysis of the establishment of physical health education school-based curriculum system and the promotion of physical health fitness,we hope to be able to inspire the development of physical education school-based curriculum and promote the scientific and orderly development of school-based curriculum.
