“文化部少林功夫非洲学员班”的文化冲突与相互调适

Cultural Conflict and Compatibility in“Shaolin Kungfu African Students’Class of the Ministry of Culture”

采用文献法、实地调查法与逻辑分析法,对文化部少林功夫非洲学员班的文化冲突与相互调适进行了研究。研究发现,面对不同的场景,文化的冲突不同,调适的方式不同;非洲学员在面对不同的文化符号和仪式时表现出较好的认同性,面对宗教信仰时则表现出较大的文化冲突;文化调适不仅发生在中非文化之间,也发生在非洲学员内部,这对管理者是一个综合考验;少林功夫跨文化传播的成效及影响范围,不仅取决于少林武僧的国际传播能力,更取决于少林武僧安身立命的方式。建议:少林国际传播人应正视文化冲突、提升管理能力,少林寺武僧要在出世和入世之间寻找与时代相呼应的生活方式。

Using literature,field investigation and logic analysis,the cultural conflict and mutual adjustment of Shaolin Kungfu African Students’Class were studied.The study found that in the face of different scenes,cultural conflicts and different ways of adaptation are different;African students showed good acceptance in the face of different cultural symbols and rituals,and showed greater cultural conflicts in the face of religious beliefs;Cultural adjustment takes place not only between Chinese and African cultures,but also among African students.This is a comprehensive test for managers.Suggestions:Shaolin international disseminators should face up to the cultural conflicts and improve their management ability.Shaolin monks should find a life style corresponding to the times between“entry into the society”and“escape from the society”.
