摘要
设计并制作了一种DDS芯片AD9959配以STM32单片机控制的DDS扫频信号源,介绍了DDS基本原理,AD9959芯片主要功能以及系统软硬件实现。测试结果表明,扫频信号源可实现0.1M-68MHz范围正弦信号的点频输出与扫频输出,在频率范围内的各个频率点都能产生稳定、平滑的正弦波,输出电压峰峰值稳定在1Vpp左右,达到设计要求。
This paper designs and makes a DDS Sweep Signal Generator with DDS chip AD9959 and STM32 single chip microcomputer.It introduces the basic principle of DDS,the main functions of AD9959 chip and the realization of system software and hardware.The test results show that the Sweep Signal Generator can achieve the point frequency output and sweep frequency output of 0.1M-68MHz sinusoidal signal.Each frequency point in the frequency range can produce stable and smooth sinusoidal wave,and the peak value of output voltage is stable at about 1Vpp.So these meet the design requirements.
