纯电动抑尘车上装动力系统设计与研究

摘要 针对传统带副发抑尘车工作过程中噪声污染大、排放不环保等问题,设计了一种适用于纯电动底盘的抑尘车上装动力系统。该系统可满足喷雾机和低压水路系统均从底盘VCU取力,真正实现车辆行驶和喷雾作业"零"排放,并且使用高性能矢量变频器实现喷雾机系统平滑安全启动。低压水路系统使用水冷式永磁同步电机驱动,确保车辆在行驶和喷雾作业时低功耗启动,使得整个上装动力系统具有工作噪声低、对底盘电网冲击小、控制平滑等优点。 A power system used for electric chassis of dust compression vehicle is designed to be an alternative of same vehicle with auxiliary engine which makes big noise while operation.This power system enable the zero emission while driving and spraying by adjusting the spraying machine and low pressure waterway system takeoff to chassis VCU,as well as smooth and safe activation of spraying machine system by the use of high performance vector frequency converter.The usage of Water-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive the low pressure waterway can guarantee the low power start of the vehicle while driving and spraying,which lowers the noise of the superstructure power system,as well as making less impact on chassis electric network while having a smoother control.
