SCADA system is data acquisition and control monitoring system. Its core is computer system, which has a wide range of application fields. It focuses on data transmission links and configuration software. This paper introduces the application of SCADA system based on PCC and upper monitoring configuration software in a water purification plant through the functional requirements of the corresponding control system in the water purification plant, in order to provide reliable reference for the relevant departments.
