串口通信的RE102超差风险及应对

摘要 由于串口通信自身特点,如果在设计时未考虑设备的电磁兼容风险,会加剧RE102项目测试超差风险。为使设备顺利通过测试,从电磁兼容三要素角度,通过分析串口通信的干扰原理,采取对传输线缆增强屏蔽,针对性的对接口电路进行滤波设计的措施,并经实际测试,证明了应对措施的有效性。 Because of the characteristics of serial communication, if the EMC risk of the equipment is not considered in the design, it will aggravate the test out of tolerance risk of re102. In order to make the equipment pass the RE102 test, from the perspective of three elements of electromagnetic compatibility, through analyzing the interference principle of serial communication, the measures of enhancing shielding of transmission cable and filtering design of interface circuit are taken. Through actual test, the effectiveness of the countermeasures is proved.
